The workshop will cover the identified challenges, barriers and needs to enable health practitioners to both meet their statutory requirements and enhance their knowledge, understanding and robustness of response to enable Children and Young People can remain at the centre of decision making.
The session will explore the process undertaken to commission bespoke workshops with legal specialists to empower ICB’s to develop tribunal response toolkits, providing safe and effective care. We will also explore some case studies from practice.
